About My Position
I serve as the department HR liaison and provide administrative support to the Chair. My main duties are related to managing personnel activity and hiring, (creation of new positions, reclassifications, renewals), which includes implementation of all payroll appointments and Letters of Intent for all faculty, Lecturers, staff, and Teaching Assistants. I also oversee the faculty evaluation processes, process visa applications, and assist with budget planning.
